Art. 1º Para los efectos del cobro de los derechos de importación que se liquiden sobre los fósforos que se hayan introducido y se introduzcan al país en virtud de la libertad comercial otorgada por el Decreto número 695, de 10 de Marzo último, se declaran comprendidos en la clase décima (10ª) los fósforos de palito, y los de cera en la décima cuarta (14ª), de la Tarifa vigente.
