Prohíbese a los establecimientos de crédito que en cualquier forma expresen su capital suscrito sin que al mismo tiempo indiquen la cifra de su capital pagado.

Las sucursales de establecimientos bancarios extranjeros no podrán exhibir el capital y reservas de la casa matriz, sin expresar a la vez el capital y las reservas destinadas a la sucursal o sucursales de Colombia.
