Para atender a los gastos que imponen el sostenimiento y la conservación de los veinte kilómetros de vía construidos en el ferrocarril de Puerto Wilches, mientras dure el abandono en que la Compañía concesionaria ha dejado la obra, destinase hasta veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000) anuales, que se consideraran incluidos en el Presupuesto de la vigencia en curso y en el de cada una de las siguientes.
