º. Diligencia de conciliación. La diligencia de conciliación se someterá en su procedimiento, levantamiento de actas y demás requisitos pertinentes, a lo dispuesto sobre este tema por la Ley 23 de 1991 y sus decretos reglamentarios y tendrá las consecuencias jurídicas que tales normas le señalan.
