Los Suboficiales que se retiren de un Cuerpo de Tropa lo harán en forma definitiva y no podrán ser reenganchado en otra Unidad ni aun de la misma Arma.

Parágrafo

Todo Suboficial que se retire del servicio activo quedara de hecho inscrito como reservista de la Unidad, Dependencia o Instituto de donde se retiró, con excepción de los comprendidos en el artículo 9° de esta ley. Los Comandantes de Cuerpos dispondrán de los libros de reservista, de Suboficiales y soldados de su Unidad, se lleven al día.
