° En adelante los trabajos de la vía nacional del Noroeste, estarán al cuidado del siguiente personal administrativo: un Ingeniero Administrador, responsable de los trabajos, con sueldo mensual de trescientos pesos ($ 300); un Ingeniero Ayudante, con doscientos pesos ($ 200), y un Cajero Contador, con ciento sesenta pesos ($ 160), todos sin derecho a viáticos. El Cajero tendrá como residencia la ciudad de Chiquinquirá.
