o . El Gobierno Nacional en homenaje a la memoria del ilustre ex Procurador Carlos Mauro Hoyos Jiménez' erigirá en la plaza principal del Municipio de El Retiro, un monumento con la siguiente inscripción:

"La República de Colombia reconocida, al Procurador General de la Nación, doctor Carlos Mauro Hoyos Jiménez' (Ley número... de 1989)".
