Asistencia médica en retiro. Para efectos de la asistencia médica prevista en el artículo 129 del Decreto 2337 de 1971 regirá también lo dispuesto en el título IV, capítulo I. artículos 92 a 104 de este Decreto, con la modificación de que la contratación de servicios especiales y de expedición de carnés de identidad estarán a cargo de la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares.
