Créase en el Distrito Judicial de Ibagué, Departamento del Tolima, un nuevo Juzgado Superior, que será el Tercero, con el personal y asignaciones de que gozan los de su clase.

Este Juzgado tendrá jurisdicción en los Circuitos de Ambalema, Líbano, Fresno y Honda, y su cabecera será el Líbano.

Parágrafo

Igualmente créase la Fiscalía Tercera de este Juzgado, con el personal y asignaciones de que gozan las de su clase.
