Inviolabilidad de archivos y documentos. Los archivos y documentos consulares son inviolables y de propiedad del Estado colombiano. Su manejo y seguridad se sujetarán a las disposiciones específicas de la Convención de Viena de 1963 sobre Relaciones Consulares y estarán sujetos a la misma reserva establecida por las normas colombianas para los archivos de la Cancillería.
