Solicitudes en proceso. En los casos en que las comunidades indígenas hayan elevado sus solicitudes de clarificación de resguardos de origen colonial o republicano con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto se aplicara en su integridad el presente procedimiento, sin perjuicio de los casos en que mediante órdenes judiciales se hayan dado instrucciones específicas en materia procedimental.
