Establécese como anexa a la Escuela de Literatura i Filosofía da la Universidad nacional, una clase de taquigrafía, que estará bajo la inspeccion del respectivo Rector, pero a la cual podrán asistir todos los alumnos que a bien lo tengan, aun cuando no sean de la Escuela. La dotacion asignada al profesor de taquigrafía, será de $ 300 anuales.
