Fondo Adaptación El Fondo Adaptación, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de Ley 1955 de 2019, ejecutará proyectos integrales de reducción del riesgo y adaptación al cambio climático en el marco del Sistema Nacional de Gestión de Riesgo de Desastres que demande la presente declaratoria de desastre, tendientes a las estrategias de recuperación temprana y adaptación y recuperación para el buen vivir, con cargo a los recursos que provengan del Fondo Nacional de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres.
