La remuneración mensual de los docentes sin título universitario vinculados actualmente a las Universidades Estatales u Oficiales como expertos o Instructores o Profesores auxiliares, será incrementada en el valor correspondiente de cuarenta y ocho (48) puntos a cincuenta y ocho (58) puntos. Este incremento beneficiara únicamente a los docentes sin título acogidos al régimen previsto en los Decretos 1444 de 1992 y 15 de 1996.
