Funciones de la División de Estudios Sectoriales.- Bajo la dirección del Jefe de la Unidad de Desarrollo Empresarial, corresponde a la División de Estudios Sectoriales cumplir las siguientes funciones:

1. Realizar diagnósticos y estudios sectoriales y formular las políticas correspondientes para el desarrollo de los sectores industrial y de servicios, incluidos el turismo y el comercio interno;

2. Investigar y hacer propuestas sobre el desarrollo de mercados internos y externos; y

3. Analizar instrumentos y políticas que apoyen el desarrollo del sector productivo en el país.
