Tarifas . De conformidad con el artículo 29 de la Ley 336 de 1996, corresponde al Ministerio de Transporte fijar las políticas y los criterios a tener en cuenta para la directa, controlada o libre fijación de las tarifas de servicio público de transporte por cable de pasajeros y carga. Las demás autoridades competentes las determinarán de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 30 de la citada ley. CAPITULO XI Vigencia
