Periodicidad de los desembolsos . El Ministerio de Minas y Energía girará mensualmente los recursos del FOES a los Comercializadores de Energía Eléctrica que se encuentren debidamente inscritos en el Registro de Areas Especiales, de acuerdo con la fórmula establecida en el artículo 14 del presente Decreto y cumpliendo con las normas presupuestales.
