° El Cuartel general de la Zona militar del Centro residirá en Bogotá; el de la del Atltántico, donde lo ordene el Ministerio de Guerra; el de la del Norte, en Bucaramanga, y el de la del Sur, en Cali; pero dicho Ministerio podrá variar estas residencias cuando lo juzgue conveniente, ó disponer que el segundo Jefe de la Zona funcione en lugar distinto del Comandante general.
