Se adiciona el siguiente artículo a la Ley 1527 de 2012 :

Artículo 21 . Normatividad títulos valores . Las disposiciones de la presente ley, en especial aquellas establecidas en los artículos 8° y 9°, no afectarán de forma alguna la normatividad vigente relativa a los títulos valores.
