Durante la práctica de la inspección a que se refiere el ordinal 2) del artículo 64 de la Ley 2ª de 1976, el contribuyente podrá formular observaciones y descargos de los cuales se dejará constancia en el acta correspondiente, sin que haya lugar en ningún caso a dar traslado de ésta para tales efectos.
