ARTICULO 127 . ACTIVOS NO LIQUIDADOS.- Todos los activos, derechos y obligaciones, que aún estuvieren a cargo del Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales al concluir el proceso de liquidación o, a más tardar, tres (3) años después de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, pasarán por virtud del mismo al patrimonio de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S.A. FINDETER-. Los archivos, documentos, bibliotecas, muebles y equipos de oficina del Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales pasarán al Instituto Nacional de Vías.
