Artículo séptimo. Las acciones del Gobierno Nacional en la Empresa Colombiana de Turismo, S.A., se denominarán de la clase "A", y tales acciones no devengarán un dividendo superior al tres por ciento (3%) anual. Las demás acciones se denominaran de clase "B", y sus dividendos no tendrán limitación alguna.
