Grupos de Trabajo Regionales . El Instituto podrá establecer en diferentes regiones del territorio nacional, los Grupos de Trabajo, que de acuerdo con las necesidades del servicio, se requieran para atender las funciones del Instituto. La ubicación de los Grupos de Trabajo Regionales en el territorio nacional, será determinada por el Consejo Directivo del Instituto por solicitud del Director General.
