Art. 12.° Los Gobernadores de las provincias en que residieren los tribunales, informarán al Despacho de Gobierno sobre las sumas que calculen necesarias para los gastos de escritorio i alquiler de local, siempre que este último deba hacerse de las rentas, con cuyos informes se hará la competente distribucion.
