Muerte del separado. En caso de muerte de un Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional que se halle separado temporalmente del servicio, sus beneficiarios, en el orden regulado en este estatuto, tendrán derecho a las mismas prestaciones establecidas para los beneficiarios de los Oficiales y Suboficiales que fallezcan en servicio activo.
