De Los Medidores Generales O De Control

De los medidores generales o de control. En el caso de edificios o unidades inmobiliarias cerradas debe existir un medidor totalizador inmediatamente aguas debajo de la acometida. También deben existir medidores individuales en cada una de las unidades habitacionales o no residenciales que conforman el edificio o unidades inmobiliarias cerradas.

Parágrafo 1

La diferencia de consumo resultante entre el medidor general y la sumatoria de los medidores individuales, corresponderá al consumo de las áreas comunes.
