Son funciones de la Junta Nacional Reguladora de Matrículas y Pensiones

Fijar los criterios sobre los cuales deben trabajar las Juntas Reguladoras Seccionales de Matrículas y Pensiones.

Conocer en segunda instancia de los recursos de apelación que sean interpuestos contra las providencias dictadas por las Juntas Seccionales Reguladoras de Matrículas y Pensiones.

Ordenar o adelantar las investigaciones que considere pertinentes para el cumplimiento de las funciones anteriores. De las Juntas Seccionales Reguladoras de Matrículas y Pensiones.
