Art. 66. Si una ó más personas opusieren resistencia ó trataren de estorbar las diligencias que se practiquen con el fin de aprehender un contrabando, sufrirán un arresto de veinte á treinta días, y una multa de cinco á diez pesos oro, que impondrá el respectivo funcionario de instrucción, sin perjuicio de las demás penas que señale el Código Penal.
