Artículo veintiséis. Son funciones del Gerente del Fondo, las siguientes: a). Representar judicial y extrajudicialmente al Fondo para el transporte en el Distrito Especial de Bogotá. b). Presentar a la Junta Administradora los programas relacionados con el funcionamiento del Fondo. c). Elaborar el proyecto de los presupuestos anual y mensual de ingresos y egresos del Fondo, que serán sometidos a la aprobación de la Junta Administradora. d). Sancionar, de acuerdo con los artículos 15 y 34 del presente Decreto, a los patronos y a los empresarios de transporte que violen las disposiciones legales. e). Nombrar el personal subalterno que autorice la Junta Administradora. f). Celebrar contratos hasta por la suma de $3.000.00. g). Las demás funciones que le señale la Junta Administradora.
