Articulo 2º Delégase al Gobernador del citado Departamento la facultad de ordenar los trabajos de reparación que deban ejecutarse en tales habitaciones; pero si la Junta estimare más conveniente pagar a los damnificados una suma fija, en proporción con los daños que hayan sufrido y con la partida de que se dispone para repartir entre dichos damnificados, la Junta podrá señalar las partidas que deban entregarse.
