Con la resolución de que trata el inciso segundo del artículo 189, el Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos expedirá al interesado una credencial que le facilite, ante las autoridades locales y ante los dueños y ocupantes de los terrenos particulares, la realización de los trabajos y estudios de campo. Los dueños u ocupantes de los terrenos por donde se realicen tales estudios o trabajos no podrán oponerse en ningún caso, pero sí hacerse pagar los daños efectivos que se les ocasionen.
