La indemnización que tuviere que pagar el notario por causa que aprovechen a otra persona, podrá ser repetida contra esta hasta concurrencia del monto del provecho que reciba, y si este se hubiere producido con malicia o dolo de ella, el Notario será resarcido de todo perjuicio.
