Si los hechos materia de la acción disciplinaria fueren constitutivos de delito perseguible de oficio, se ordenará ponerlos en conocimiento de la autoridad competente, acompañándole copia de los documentos que correspondan. La existencia de un proceso penal sobre los mismos hechos, no dará lugar a la suspensión de la acción disciplinaria.
