º . Evaluación del mérito de la solicitud. El Incomex contará con un plazo de quince (15) días, a partir del envío de la comunicación en que se informe el recibo de conformidad de la solicitud, para evaluar la solicitud y determinar si existe mérito para abrir la investigación respectiva.
