Artículo único. La facultad concedida al Director del Nuevo Acueducto de Bogotá por medio del Decreto número 1860, de 10 de noviembre de 1933, comprende también la autorización para crear los cargos y fijar las asignaciones respectivas, siempre que no excedan de ciento cincuenta pesos ($ 150) mensuales, debiendo someter las resoluciones que al efecto dicte a la aprobación del Ministerio de Obras Públicas. Comuníquese y publíquese.
