Si el periodista suspendió la publicación son dar el aviso de que habla el artículo 25, o si el censor declarare que el escrito no fue agresivo, correrá la multa para el periodista, en el primer caso, desde el día en que la explicación debió publicarse, y en el segundo desde el día de la resolución del censor.
