Las viudas, los hijos menores o en su defecto los padres de los soldados que fallezcan en goce de pensión de que trata el artículo 71 de este Decreto, tendrán derecho a recibir el Tesoro Nacional, por solo una vez, una cantidad igual a multiplicar el valor de esa pensión por doce.
