Funciones de Secretaría. Sin perjuicio de que la Junta Directiva pueda crear, si lo estima conveniente, el cargo de Secretario General del Servicio, en todo caso deberá señalar, de manera precisa, a uno o varios funcionarios de alto nivel, las atribuciones y responsabilidades de autorizar con su firma los actos del Director General, llevar la correspondencia, custodiar los libros y documentos, y demás funciones de Secretaría.
