Para las obras que adelantan los Departamentos y Municipios con la cooperación o auxilio de la Nación, así como para los establecimientos de educación que tienen auxilio nacional, en virtud de disposiciones legales, queda aumentada dicha cooperación o auxilio en el monto de las partidas apropiadas en el Presupuesto de la actual vigencia.
