° En caso de falta absoluta del Presidente o de cualquier Magistrado, el nombramiento que para reemplazarlos se haga se entenderá hecho para el resto del período. En caso de falta temporal del Presidente, lo reemplazará el Magistrado que le siga en orden alfabético de apellidos.
