El Fondo de Contingencias Contractuales de las Entidades Estatales creado por la Ley 448 de 1998, funcionará conforme a las normas generales que establece el presente reglamento y tendrá por objeto atender el cumplimiento cabal de las obligaciones contingentes de las entidades estatales sometidas al presente régimen.
