De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la ley 46 de 1946 , auxiliase al municipio de Almaguer con la suma de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000.00), destinados especialmente a la reconstrucción de los templos de san Luis y san francisco; a la terminación del edificio de la escuela normal de son horitas "santa clara" y a mejoras en el acueducto y alcantarillado urbanos.
