Instrucción de abono a cuenta. Con fundamento en la información comunicada por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía o la entidad delegada a que hace referencia el artículo anterior, y según lo dispuesto por el artículo 33 del presente decreto, el Departamento Nacional de Planeación adelantará la instrucción de abono a cuenta de los recursos al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, en los términos definidos por la Constitución y la Ley.
