Art. 5° El Jefe de la Sección de estadística presentará anualmente al Ministerio de, Fomento, en el mes de Marzo de cada año, un informe minucioso que contenga, con la debida separación de asuntos, todos los datos correspondientes al año próximo anterior; y estos informes periódicos formarán parte de la Memoria que el Ministerio debe presentar al Congreso en su reunión bienal.
