Decreto 4741 de 2005 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente la prevención y el manejo de los residuos o desechos peligrosos generados en el marco de la gestión integral.

Del consumidor o usuario final de productos o sustancias químicas con propiedad peligrosa. Son obligaciones del consumidor o usuario final de productos o sustancias químicas con propiedad peligrosa

Seguir las instrucciones de manejo seguro suministradas por el fabricante o importador del producto o sustancia química hasta finalizar su vida útil y;

Entregar los residuos o desechos peligrosos posconsumo provenientes de productos o sustancias químicas con propiedad peligrosa, al mecanismo de devolución o retorno que el fabricante o importador establezca. CAPITULO V De las autoridades
