ARTICULO 36. Cumplido el concordato, el juez así lo declarará mediante auto y se extinguirán las obligaciones objeto del mismo, si en aquel no se dispone otra cosa, y sin perjuicio de las reservas que se hubieren constituido. Dicho auto será en las oficinas de registro correspondientes, y contra el mismo sólo procederá recurso de reposición.
