Los Notarios deberán afiliar a sus empleados a las entidades de seguridad o previsión social que determinen las leyes, y en el evento de no cumplir con este mandato, serán de su cargo las prestaciones respectivas, sin perjuicio de las sanciones disciplinarias a que haya lugar.
