Artículo tercero. En el presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público para el año de 1963, se agregará a la partida destinada al sostenimiento del Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi" la suma necesaria para atender el pago de las cuotas correspondientes a Colombia en los años de 1962 y 1963, para el sostenimiento de la Organización Meteorológica Mundial, y al de los gastos de viaje y viáticos para Delegados técnicos de Colombia a las reuniones convocadas por ese organismo especializado de las Naciones Unidas.
