Destínase la suma de cuarenta y dos pesos ($ 42) oro mensuales para gastos de alimentación de seis Marineros del crucero Cartagena, que conforme al Decreto número 793 de 5 de los corrientes van a prestar su servicio en los cruceros Pinzón y Marroquín, a razón de siete pesos ($ 7) mensuales cada uno, gasto que se imputará al parágrafo 23, artículo 333, capítulo 43 del Presupuesto para la vigencia en curso.
