SOLICITUD Y TRAMITE. Cualquiera de las partes puede solicitar que se suscite la colisión, por medio de memorial dirigido al juez que esté conociendo o al que considere competente para conocer. Si el que recibe la solicitud la encuentra fundada, debe provocar la colisión.
